We have developed a 4-week strength and conditioning program that will help you lose body fat and build muscle. Strength and conditioning will allow you to focus on the proper development of major muscle groups, while targeting your aerobic system. There will be a total of 3 days of strength training and 3 days of conditioning per week. The program will consist of daily plans containing the workout of the day and emphasized focus area, which will make it super easy to follow.
