Description
Welcome to the Barbellas Strength Program where you will be able to work to develop your baseline strength.
These 5 weeks are dedicated to 3 main lifts (back squats, push press, conventional deadlifts) and accessory work. It is important to log each session so you can track your progress and set goals along the way. The purpose of setting goals is to give you a long-term vision with short-term motivation.
There will be a total of 3 days of strength training and 1 day of conditioning per week. The program will consist of daily plans containing the workout of the day and emphasized focus area, which will make it super easy to follow.
